What's a lab-grown diamond?
A real diamond, with the same carbon crystal, hardness and fire as a mined one, grown in a lab instead of mined. It's graded on the same 4Cs (cut, color, clarity and carat) and comes with a grading report.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Chemically, physically and optically they are diamond. A standard diamond tester reads them as diamond, and only specialized lab equipment can tell lab-grown from mined.
I bought a stone on Live. How do I turn it into a piece?
Enter the certificate number from your stone on the Find My Diamond page. We'll pull up your stone and walk you through designing the setting.
Can I design something without buying a stone on Live?
Yes. Start a design from scratch and tell us what stone you want. We can source any lab-grown diamond.
What can I design?
Engagement rings, fashion rings, pendants, earrings, tennis bracelets and chains, in yellow, white or rose gold (10k, 14k or 18k), platinum or two-tone.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. After you pay, our jeweler sends a 3D (CAD) design of your piece. Nothing is made until you approve it, and you can ask for changes.
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on the metal, the design and any accent stones. Submit your design and we'll send one clear price. You pay once, in full, when you approve it.
